Burnside Album Details
Friday Mile, Good Luck Studio
Friday Mile’s new release, Good Luck Studio, reveals a truly accessible pop album built on ravishing guy-girl harmonies, contagious melodies, and a vocal chemistry that few artists today can deliver. Reminiscent of The Magic Numbers, Rilo Kiley, and even Fleetwood Mac, these playfully romantic alt-country tunes are a must add to winter playlists. While the band has played sold out shows at Seattle's best clubs, including Neumo's, The Tractor, and The Crocodile, Good Luck Studio is creating an entirely new wave of buzz and is already getting solid rotation from KEXP. Released by Portland, Oregon-based Timber Carnival Records, the record was mixed at Avast Studios in Seattle by veteran Producer Dennis MacKay (David Bowie, Paul McCartney, and Queen) and Stuart Hallerman (Built To Spill, Death Cab for Cutie, Soundgarden).
