Formed in 1883, the choir under the direction of Frederick Burgomaster has achieved an international reputation for excellence in choral music and regularly tours the US and Europe. Benjamin Britten's "A Ceremony of Carols" is one of the great works of the 20th century for treble voices. The entire work is imbued with a medieval atmosphere that is sure to enchant. Also included are Medieval Chants, Carols and Renaissance Motets by Talis, Victoria and Hassler.
